PVC CORNER DRAIN INTAKE

Rectangular 90˚ CORNER NOZZLES Art. 45.1, square Art. 39.2A and with round tube Art. 304A – 305A – 307A – 310A – 311A – 312A
their main feature is the possibility of being used indifferently for discharging with external or internal downspouts and in particular for those horizontal discharges in buildings with perimeter walls of large thickness. They are assimilated to fittings or curves with safe gaskets, for this reason the junction can be placed inside the walls, so the down pipe can be placed at minimum distances from the walls. They must be installed with a slope of 3˚.

Art. 45.1 and 39.2A IN PVC
1 – Spreading of the PVC membrane; cut it in correspondence with the hole.
2 – Test the nozzle in the hole, at the same time mark the point to be cut with respect to the thickness of the wall, the cut of the pipe
(tang) must be made so that the lower part is longer than mm. 5 of the upper one if it is used with bends Art. 46 and 47 (for Art. 45.1) and / or Art. 40 – 41 and 42 (for art. 39.2A), while if the nozzle is placed in the box Art 118 it must be cut at 45˚ (see drawing A) and installed with a slope of 3˚.
3 – Weld the flange of the vent on the membrane with hot air (or with adhesives suitable for plasticized PVC) (see drawing B).
4 – Before inserting the curve, apply an adhesive glue suitable for plasticized PVC. After inserting the curves, make sure that the nozzle tube is inserted into the four tabs that are inside the curves.
5 – Insert the leaf guard and / or gravel guard Art. 44.1 (for Art. 45.1) and / or art. 44 (for Art. 39.2A).
N.B .: Point 1 can be reversed with point 2.
