PREMIXED QUARTZ FOR INDUSTRIAL FLOORS

THE PRODUCT:
FLOORTIN NAZIONALE is a premix composed of Portland Cement and Italian Quartz; it is available in various colors, obtained with inorganic pigments.

FIELD OF USE:
FLOORTIN NAZIONALE is a product suitable for hardening and coloring surfaces of industrial concrete floors subject to medium and intense traffic. It can be used indoors, outdoors such as squares, sidewalks, car parks, sports facilities, etc.

COMPOSITION:
Crystalline quartz with SiO2 content> 94% and 96% (hardness 7 on the Mohs scale). Portland cement. Inorganic oxides.

ADVANTAGES:
A floor treated with FLOORTIN NAZIONALE improves wear resistance compared to non-armored concrete. The mixture is designed to minimize the tendency to crack in the flooring, as well as to increase the chemical resistance to attack by oils, fats and weak acids. Furthermore, the dusting with FLOORTIN NAZIONALE allows easy cleaning of the floor of existing dust.

APPLICATIONS:
Apply the product “fresh on fresh” with a manual or mechanical dusting system, or with a paste, incorporating it into the concrete surface with the usual means, by hand or by mechanical trowel. Recommended dosage: from 4 to 6 kg of dust per square meter.

WARNINGS:
Do not apply at temperatures below + 5 ° C. Protect the surface treated with FLOORTIN NAZIONALE from rapid drying.
Do not apply on frozen substrates or substrates at risk of frost in the following 24 hours.
Do not add materials.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE:
The product is supplied in 30 kg paper bags.
Store the bags in a sheltered and dry place.
The product stored correctly will keep for about 6 months.
