The SIDE OUTLET COCKPIT is a valid system for optimally obtaining continuity between the waterproofed areas and the evacuation drains in terraces, balconies, laundries, etc.

– Cockpit with side discharge made with IGOM thermoplastic rubbers.
– Flange with mesh 5×5 mm Ø 260 mm.
– Pipe corresponding to UNI EN 1451-1˚ or similar standards mm. 50 – 75.
– Cockpit height mm. 62 for Ø mm.50 and mm. 85 for Ø mm. 75.
– Grid holder frame mm. 110×110 h. mm. 10.5 in PP.
– Grille in ABS and alternatively in stainless steel mm. 108×108 h. mm. 9.5.
INSTALLATION TECHNOLOGY
– Position the pit in the desired location and connect it to the drainage network formed with UNI-EN 1451-1 pipes of suitable diameter.
– Form the sloping screed pulled up to the point.
– With stabilized slopes, remove the protective nylon, making sure that the flange is free from foreign bodies.
– Proceed with the first layer also under the flange and then spread the reinforcement mesh (fiberglass mesh 5×5 mm)
up to the edges of the cockpit.
– Spread the second layer and any subsequent ones up to the hole.
– Cut the residues in the edge of the pit and insert the frame holder and grid.
