87˚ ANGLE DRAIN SHUTTER

The DRAIN OUTLETS are a valid system to obtain in an optimal way the continuity between the waterproofed areas and the evacuation drains in the terraces, balconies with free drainage, with curves, in the gutters or special boxes.
They have been designed to be used in waterproofing with two-component cementitious membranes or with any cold liquid sheath.

PRODUCT DETAILS
– Nozzle made with IGOM thermoplastic rubbers.
– Flexible flange width. mm. 270.
– Rigid tubes mm. 63 – 75 length mm. 500.
– Pre-shaped tubes in two sizes mm. 200 and mm. 300 longest side.
– Colors: black, gray, ivory.
INSTALLATION TECHNOLOGY
– With the slope stabilized, make a suitable through hole (mm. 63-75) inclined at 3˚ (5%).
– Position the nozzle after applying a first layer over the entire encumbrance area of ​​the same.
– Proceed with the first layer over the entire surface to be waterproofed and then spread the reinforcement mesh (5×5 mm mesh fiberglass mesh) up to the mouth of the pipe.
– Carry out the second layer and any subsequent ones.
TENDER SPECIFICATIONS
– Supply and installation of exhaust vents made of thermoplastic rubber with pipe Ø mm. 63-75 length mm. 500, flange width mm. 270 h. mm 85 side mm. 80, equipped with a mesh perimeter net mm. 5×5 and shaped tube cut to mm. 200-300-500 longest side. See executive detail.
